Terms of Use

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Azerbaijani manat (₼) and include VAT. An order is accepted once it is confirmed and paid. If an item becomes unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Custom designs

When you upload text, images or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to them or have permission to have them printed, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or the law. We may decline or cancel designs that are offensive, unlawful or infringing.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You allow us to use it only to produce your order and to show you previews.

Custom items are made to order: colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and print size follows the limits shown in the studio.

Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and we will keep you informed of any delay.

Returns

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition. Because custom items are made specially for you, they can only be returned if they are faulty or differ from the approved design.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the products you order as described. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that are caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: info@hoo.az.
